In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of the services. If you are unable to give the minimum 24-hours in advance notice, and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. No-show no-call will be charged full amount of missed appointment.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other flu-like or cold symptoms, please do not come in and reschedule your appointment.
